Howdy!
I really wanted to make something yummy that just screamed southern cooking. So I chose Maxine's Drop Dead Tuna Cheese Casserole and it turned out great!
This was also a chance to celebrate actress Dale Raoul and her portrayal of Maxine. She totally rocks and I am glad that I at least get to see her on Under the Dome (great show)!
At first when adding in all the ingredients...it doesn't look too pretty he he! But once baked with cheese and chips it is delicious! But then again what isn't good topped with cheese!?
