Ranchero Eggs

Howdy!

Happy Saturday! This morning I made Craig eggs and bacon but with a spicy twist. I added salsa, cheese and pepper. 

Then I took half of an avocado and attempted to put a poached egg in the middle...but I failed to flip properly ha ha! So he got a broken egg yolk in the middle. No complaints though!

The avocado added a creaminess that enhanced the eggs and really brought his regular Sat brunch to another level. 
Craig was in love.

I was very happy with myself! 

Gotta take care of my baby...especially when he bring me such pretty flowers!

Easter Pancakes

To celebrate I made some yummy pancakes...and tried to make a bunny ha ha! 

 Pancakes turned out great tho!

Eggy Muffins

Morning, 

I wanted to do something a bit different this morning. 

So I mixed together eggs, cheese, green onion, pepper and bits of bacon in a small bowl. I also added a tsp or so of milk...it helps make the eggs a little fluffier.

Then I poured the mixture into separate muffin tins. I baked them for about 15 mins and ta-da! Little breakfast quiche muffins! he he 

I went ahead and made some extra bacon and added some hot sauce (Craig loves it) lol!

Sunday Breakfast

Made a lovely little breakfast for the fiancé!  Eggs, bacon and sausage!

Thanksgiving Weekend!

Thanksgiving breakfast is surved! Yummy eggs with cheddar cheese and green onions. Sausage and bacon! Waffles with a bit of vanilla!

Brunch Time

Made breakfast for my sleepy baby! Eggs, toasted buns, cheese, Verde salsa and of course bacon!
