So each week I usually make some cookies for Craig...out of a Betty Crocker bag...a bit of a cheat but they are yummy!
Today it was oatmeal chocolate chip, one of my favs! They are quite simple, just an egg and a stick of butter. Mix well and divide up onto a cookie sheet.
I like to add in walnuts, dark chocolate chips and M&Ms.
